WHAT TO WEAR
- Shoes: A comfortable pair of athletic shoes with non-marking soles. Some recommend pickleball shoes that are designed to be secure and lightweight.
- Shirts :A polo shirt is a polished choice, but a T-shirt or tank top is also fine. Sleeveless tops or shirts with a seam in front of the shoulder can help with arm movement. Classic tees from soft, breathable fabrics like cotton or moisture-wicking polyester can keep you cool and dry.
- Bottoms: Athletic shorts are a good option, or you can wear a sports skirt or dress. Skirts are a great choice for physical activity because they are comfortable and airy. Bottoms with adjustable drawstrings can be great for a customizable fit.
